Tilth is an AI-powered farm management platform. It provides agronomic advice, weather data, soil analysis, and financial planning tools for farmers. Tilth is built by a small team based in Ghana and designed for commercial smallholder farmers.
When you use Tilth, we collect information you provide — your farm details, crop information, field boundaries, financial inputs, and conversations with the AI agronomist. We also collect location data (latitude/longitude of your fields) and weather readings at your farm's coordinates.
We use this data to provide you with personalised farm advice. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your individual farm data with other farmers or organisations without your explicit consent.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the farm data you enter. You must be at least 18 years old to use Tilth. You agree not to use Tilth for any illegal purpose or in any way that could harm other users or the platform.
Your account is for your personal use only. Do not share your login credentials.
Tilth provides yield projections, break-even estimates, and financial forecasts as guidance only. These are based on historical benchmarks, current weather data, and agronomic models. They are not guarantees of actual yield or income.
Actual crop yields depend on many factors outside our control — weather events, pest pressure, market prices, and farming practices. Tilth makes no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy of yield projections or financial forecasts.
Do not make major financial decisions based solely on Tilth's projections without independent verification.
Tilth is provided on an "as-is" basis. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tilth after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
